INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Moneco. This Application Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Moneco mobile application, account services, payment services, and all related services.

This Agreement is between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Moneco Canada Inc., Moneco Inc., and any other entities from the Moneco group, now or in the future, collectively referred to as “Moneco” for the purposes of this Agreement.

Moneco relies on a network of regulated partners to provide its services:

Bridge provides USD accounts and ACH payment services. Bridge is registered as a Money Services Business (MSB) with the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) under registration numbers 31000251587210 and 31000230810249. In Poland, Bridge Building Sp. z o.o., registered under KRS number 0001039515, provides payment services in compliance with European regulation.

Noah Savings Inc. is a company incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada (registration number BC1467513), with registered offices at 6th Floor – 905 West Pender St., Vancouver, BC V6C 1L6. Noah provides EUR accounts, SEPA payment services, and manages conversions between fiat currency and USDC (on-ramp and off-ramp). Its licences and registrations are available at noah.com/en/terms-of-service.

Privy (Horkos, Inc.) provides the technical infrastructure for the creation and management of USDC wallets. Privy acts exclusively as a technology provider: Moneco holds custody of digital assets and retains the private keys associated with user wallets on behalf of users, in accordance with applicable Canadian regulation.

Rain (Signify Holdings, Inc., d/b/a Rain) is a financial technology company operating within the Visa network. Rain issues the Moneco virtual Visa cards as part of a dedicated card programme.

YellowCard Financial Inc. is a Delaware corporation (registration number 5982507), registered as an MSB with FinCEN, providing fund transfer services to certain African countries.

RevoluPay EP S.L.U. is a Spanish company authorised by the Bank of Spain as a payment institution (code 6900), located at Vallespir, 19 1 – 08173 Sant Cugat del Vallés (Barcelona). RevoluPay provides fund transfer services to other African countries not covered by YellowCard (Tunisia, Morocco, Madagascar).

The Moneco application servers are hosted by Google Cloud (Mountain View, California) and Microsoft Azure (Redmond, Washington) in the United States. Both providers are ISO/IEC 27001 certified and maintain security standards aligned with GDPR requirements.
