Important: By accessing or using the Moneco application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. This Agreement incorporates by reference the following documents, which together form your complete agreement with us and our service providers:

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Moneco. This Application Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Moneco mobile application, account services, payment services, and all related services.

This Agreement is between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Moneco Canada Inc., Moneco Inc., and any other entities from the Moneco group, now or in the future, are collectively referred to as 'Moneco' for the purposes of this agreement.

Moneco is registered with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) as a Money Services Business (MSB) under registration number [FINTRAC registration number].

Moneco has partnered with Bridge and Rain Cards to provide payment services, including the opening of a Virtual Account and the issuing of a stablecoin and Rain Card associated with the account (“Payment Services”), in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in Bridge’s General Terms of Use (GTU) for the Account  and Rain Card’s terms, which are accepted by the User.

Bridge is registered as a Money Services Business with the U.S. Department of Treasury Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (“FinCEN”), with registration numbers 31000251587210 and 31000230810249. Additionally, in Poland, Bridge Building Sp. z o.o., a company incorporated under the laws of Poland, is registered with its office at ul. Bartycka 22B/21A, Warsaw, 00-716, Poland, with KRS company number 0001039515.

Rain Cards, a financial technology company, operates as an issuer within the Visa network, facilitating card programs across various regions and use cases through partnerships with licensed entities.

For the service of fund transfers to Africa, Moneco has partnered with RevoluPay EP SL, a payment institution authorized by the Bank of Spain under entity number 6900.
