INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Moneco. This Application Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Moneco mobile application, account services, payment services, and all related services.

This Agreement is between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Moneco Canada Inc., Moneco Inc., and any other entities from the Moneco group, now or in the future, are collectively referred to as 'Moneco' for the purposes of this agreement.

Moneco Canada Inc. is registered with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) as a Money Services Business (MSB) under registration number C100000618.

Moneco has partnered with Bridge, Noah and Rain Cards to provide payment services, including the opening of a Virtual Account and the issuing of stablecoins and Virtual Card associated with the account (“Payment Services”), in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in Bridge’s and Noah’s General Terms of Use (GTU) for the Account  and Rain Card’s terms, which are accepted by the User.

Bridge is registered as a Money Services Business with the U.S. Department of Treasury Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (“FinCEN”), with registration numbers 31000251587210 and 31000230810249. Additionally, in Poland, Bridge Building Sp. z o.o., a company incorporated under the laws of Poland, is registered with its office at ul. Bartycka 22B/21A, Warsaw, 00-716, Poland, with KRS company number 0001039515.

Rain Cards, a financial technology company, operates as an issuer within the Visa network, facilitating card programs across various regions and use cases through partnerships with licensed entities.

Noah Savings Inc. is a company incorporated pursuant to the laws of British Columbia, Canada with incorporation number BC1467513 and registered and records offices at 6th Floor – 905 West Pender St., Vancouver, BC V6C 1L6. Licenses and registrations may be found here.

For the service of fund transfers to and drom Africa, Moneco has partnered with Yellow Card Financial Inc., a Delaware corporation with company registration number 5982507, registered as a “money services business” (MSB) with the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

The servers used by the Moneco Application are hosted by Google Cloud (headquarted at 967 N Shoreline Blvd, Mountain View, California, 94043) and Microsoft Azure (headquartered at Redmond, One Microsoft Way) in the United States. Both providers comply with ISO/IEC 27001 and GDPR-aligned security standards.
